Privacy Policy

This page is being prepared. For any questions about our privacy policy in the meantime, email callum@eosgroup.ie and we will send you the current terms.

Cookies and similar storage

The first time you visit, a cookie bar asks before anything non-essential runs. Accept all and Reject all sit side by side, and Settings lets you allow Analytics and Marketing separately. Nothing is ticked for you, and closing or ignoring the bar counts as no. Your choice is stored with the date you made it and the version of these categories; if the categories change, we ask again. Change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Analytics loads nothing today: we run no analytics tool, and if we add one it will be listed here.

eos-consentLocal storage
Remembers your cookie choice: which categories you allowed, when, and the version of the categories you answered.
Strictly necessary · Until you change your choice or clear this site's data
eos:introSeenSession storage
Stops the opening animation replaying on every page of a visit.
Strictly necessary · Until you close the tab
mtmn_lead_trackingSession storage
Keeps the ad campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid), the page you landed on and the site that sent you, from the first page of your visit, so an enquiry from a later page is matched to the right ad. Without Marketing consent nothing is stored: the form reads these from the address of the page you send it from.
Marketing · Until you close the tab
_fbpCookie, set by the Meta Pixel
A browser identifier Meta uses to link an enquiry to the ad that prompted it.
Marketing · 90 days
_fbcCookie, set by the Meta Pixel
The ad click identifier, set only if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad.

Advertising measurement with Meta

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To see which of those ads lead to real enquiries we use two tools from Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. Neither runs unless you allow Marketing cookies, with Accept all or in Cookie settings. If you choose Reject all, or make no choice, nothing from this site is sent to Meta.

What is sent, and when

  • After you allow Marketing, the Meta Pixel loads in your browser. It records the pages you view on this site and sets Meta's own cookies: _fbp, a browser identifier, and, if you arrived from a Meta ad, _fbc, the ad click identifier.
  • When you submit the scoping-call form, our server sends Meta one Lead event containing your email address and phone number, each hashed with SHA-256 before it leaves us so Meta receives a one-way fingerprint and never the address or number itself, plus your IP address, your browser's user agent, the two cookie identifiers above and the page you arrived on.
  • Nothing else from the form goes to Meta: not your name, company, role, timeline, budget or message.

Meta uses this to match an enquiry to the ad that prompted it and reports the result back to us in aggregate. The legal basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for the cookies, the ePrivacy Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 336 of 2011). For collecting and sending this data, EOS and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd are joint controllers; what Meta then does with it is covered by Meta's privacy policy.

You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings in the site footer. Withdrawing consent stops anything further going to Meta from this site and deletes the _fbp and _fbc cookies on this site. For access to or deletion of anything we hold, email callum@eosgroup.ie.
